Role Overview
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. You'll be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our platform, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Proactively monitor customer health and engagement metrics
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with key stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to address customer needs
- Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs
- Resolve escalated customer issues and concerns
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
